Imam Mueid, a seasoned Islamic scholar and educator with over 15 years of expertise, presently holds the position of Imam and Administrator of Religious Affairs at Imani Community Centre Montreal since 2011. Engaging extensively within a neighborhood historically grappling with high crime rates, his impactful efforts by the grace of Allah, have played a crucial role in substantially lowering crime, particularly among the youth. This reflects Imam Mueid's commitment to effecting positive transformation within the community.

Mufti. Social Worker. Marriage officiant. Oath commissioner. Millur is an Imam and a professional SW with the OTSTCFQ. He works at the Islamic Center of Québec where he provides counseling and performs Islamic and civil marriages overseen by ICQ and the directeur de l'état civil du Québec. He also worked in psychiatry and SAPA around loss of autonomy and inaptitude ensuring an immersed understanding of evaluating a person’s functionality and social support. Millur is fully trained in completing psychosocial evaluations for homologation of mandates or protective regimes in accordance with the civil code of Quebec and conforming to the guidelines of the Order and the Curateur public du Québec. Millur is a co-founder of Rahmah Center.

He is also a professional SW with the OTSTCFQ and in character.He worked in psychiatry and SAPA around loss of autonomy and inaptitude ensuring an immersed understanding of evaluating a person’s functionality and social network/support. Millur is fully trained in completing psychosocial assessments for homologation of mandates or protective regimes.

After a career in many roles throughout the pharmaceutical industry, I’ve decided to open a clinic to help the community with an holistic approach based on cupping therapy (Detox Hijama). I have a bachelor’s degree in Microbiologie and Immunology offered by the faculty of Medicine. A Graduate Diploma Specialized in Drug Development and a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science offered by the faculty of Pharmacy. All my studies were done at the University of Montreal. 

For Cupping Therapy, I have an Accredited Higher Diploma in Hijama Cupping Therapy from Hijama Nation Association in UK.
